THE ROAST ( MEDIUM - DARK )
Roasted on a Bellwether roaster with using our signature dark roast profile. Each small batch is taste tested for quality control to ensure we deliver the same great taste with every can of the roast.
This coffee offers a smooth, approachable cup with a soft body and layered sweetness. In lighter roasts, notes of honey, candied orange, and almond are present. At medium roast, the honey deepens to a caramel-like flavor, complemented by praline, chocolate, and candied orange. Darker roasts bring out toasted marshmallow sweetness, bittersweet chocolate, and seared orange. Versatile and dependable, Sunrise shines across brew methods. It produces a silky, balanced drip and a structured, sweet espresso—perfect for drinkers who appreciate consistency and approachable flavor year-round.
